1. CASE Seminar ‘Music and Theology’
The latest issue of Case magazine has the theme ‘Music & Theology’. Christians in every age and from (almost) all traditions have used music in their gatherings and in devotional life. But what is the significance of music for Christians? Why is it such an important part of Christian life? Case 23 invites readers to consider the thoughts of 5 writers – Steven Guthrie, Andrew Judd, Jeremy Begbie, Peter Dart and Rob Smith.

Our quarterly CASE seminar will focus on Case #23 and its ideas. Dr Peter Dart will discuss his piece and the Director of CASE Trevor Cairney will lead a discussion of the other contributions. Why don’t you join us?

When? NEXT Monday 23rd August 2010 6.30 pm – 8.00pm (drinks from 6.15pm)
Where? NCV Main Common Room, NEW COLLEGE VILLAGE, Corner of Anzac Pde and Day Ave, Kensington (Entry via Day Avenue).
